The Invisible Shore

“I wanted to make as an old fashion of a painting as I could. To the point were one might be confused when exactly it was painted. Of course there would be hints of out contemporary times: artificial acrylic colors, use of materials, and the blended global view of different imagery stirred by the ease of the internet. But the subject had to be dated, from another time without being ancient history. That was my main interest in using the seagull, that shit-bird has, is, and always will be a part of “modern” human life.”
